The non-governmental organization FELOCI working in Tanzania has brought new hope to the community of Losimingori Village and Neighbors by reviving the water project that draws water from Losimingori Mountain to the Community. These initiatives are implemented by FELOCI in collaboration with MPDO-LARETO through a grant received from Global Environmental Facilities (GEF SGP / UNDP). The project to FELOCI from GEF SGP and coordinated by UNDP came after a sustainable forest management to secure multiple benefits in Losimingori and Selela forest project implemented by MPDO-LARETO in 2022 to plant trees in the Korongo namba 7 water sources which was completely dry before intervention. Now, FELOCI is working to improve it once more in 2025
